Your main tasks include, among others:
- Analyze responsible business processes, align with other departments and evaluate and support the global implementation of improvements
- Coordinate IT adjustments with T/TI
- Test and document results in preparation for IT adjustments
- Document processes and manuals in the relevant LHT systems
- Plan, prepare and conduct trainings for responsible processes within the global user community
- Work in projects related to the responsible processes

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- >2 years of experience in MRO, consultant or business intelligence required
- Experience in process analysis, improvement and design (preferably in the MRO environment) required
- Experience in customer service and account management desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- MS Office skills as expert
- Ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships across various topic
- Very high flexibility, ability to work under pressure, strong decision-making skills, high sense of responsibility and strong personal initiative
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
