As the Material Service Center Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Develops and maintains vendor relations and partnerships when necessary
- Responsible for the entire procurement process from RFQ coordination and PO issuance until material is received and invoiced correctly
- Inputs material requests into eMax once the Engine Operations Center enters various part numbers in WES
- Generates daily status reports and performs all required actions to ensure timely delivery
- Maintains and works with Lufthansa’s Network Supply Chain to ensure on time and complete delivery
- Manages Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services inventory levels, lead times, and costs
*Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead and Manager of Supply Chain/Logistics & Facilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Three to five years’ minimum experience in MRP-based manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of PAC and MPS
- Fluency in English required
- Preferably working experience in a Purchasing capacity
- Ability to interpret drawings and BOM requirements
- Basic Knowledge on Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent Cost Consciousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent reasoning ability
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
- Assessment screening
- Willingness to travel
- Must have a valid U.S. work permit, valid driver’s license
- Assessment screening may be required
- Willingness to travel, work shifts/overtime, and handle physical demands
