 You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage lease return process with Lessor, including engine assessments and Workscope creation with MRO coordination.
  • Coordinate scope, cost, and procedures with Lessor, maintain relationships, and prepare reports.
  • Oversee technical service, fleet management, and compliance with authority and preservation requirements.
  • Define Modification Standards for customer Workscopes.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, ensuring corrective actions.
  • Implement quality assurance and process improvements for documentation.
  • Handle special tasks as needed.

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • University/College degree in Aerospace, Aviation, Space Technology, Aviation Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with leasing companies.
  • Strong engine expertise and in-depth knowledge of engine maintenance processes and relationships.
  • Good understanding of business management principles and relevant industry relationships.
  • Familiarity with aeronautical legislation.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Team-oriented with a strong initiative.
  • Ability to plan and manage complex workflows.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent service and customer orientation.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Open to work-related training.
