- Functional and disciplinary lead over the Onsite Material Coordination team
- Assign employees to projects. Producing duty roasters (shift plans) in accordance with requirements of running maintenance workload.
- Enhance a positive and constructive team environment by being a good example for the team
- Development and/or maintenance of training program, manage all training & qualification activities of the team by ensuring their continuous skills development
- Perform staff assessments for further skill development and fostering talents
- Is responsible for the operational, tactical, and strategical coordination of the team responsibilities
- Assure the quality of the executed tasks in respect to the given, created and developed KPIs

- University degree in relevant area ideally focus on logistics or aviation
- Relevant professional experience in material management
- Experience in leading people
- Experience in working in an international environment and virtual teams
- Excellent language skills in English
