The Administrative Agent role involves the following activities, among others:

  • Performs general administration and secretarial duties
  • Supports Manager, Team and Project groups
  • Prepares presentations
  • Handles all travel related needs
  • Plans and organizes meetings (team, internal and external)
  • Updates and maintains employee secure access cards
  • Administers time cards
  • Establishes, maintains and evaluates statistical data
  • Manages systems access and governor
  • Controls training needs
  • Keeps Training records
  • Manages badge needs and appointments
  • Controls and manages IT and IM related services and requests
  • Manages & controls office vendors/suppliers. Keeps records of them as required
  • Administers & plans BUP contracts/inspections
  • Monitors compliance with internal guidelines, policies & strategies

 

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
  • 2-3 years of experience in previous administrative roles desirable
  • Experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and software
  • Must posses a work permit in the U.S.
