Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve revenue/yield targets, including NDC share, SAF sales, and premium share in Leisure Sales
  • Develop expertise in Global Leisure Products (Cruise, Marine, HUM) and internal coordination for multi-market accounts
  • Manage account performance reporting and CRM updates
  • Develop and execute business plans, conduct progress reviews, and track market trends
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and procedures via StarPartners.com
  • Utilize LHG sales tools (Tableau, Cheetah, AI programs) and support new tool development
  • Coordinate activities with AJV partners and evaluate account RFI submissions
  • Support sales strategies, incentives, and marketing actions
  • Address technical issues with MOC (ATPCO, NDC, GDS)

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience required; airline/cruise industry experience preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • German skills desirable
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, LH reservation system, sales tools, ticketing, and accounting processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and collaborate in diverse environments
  • Customer-oriented with excellent judgment and business sense
  • Must possess a legal permit to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
