Premium Feedback Services is dealing with all kinds of customer feedback about their journey with SWISS. Especially after a negative experience, we consider it our own challenge to win back the trust of our guests. But we are not only in touch with our guests, but also with lawyers, national enforcement bodies and other legal entities.

  • Reply to written complaints from the beginning to the end and make a guest happy again.
  • Assist the department leads with various short- and long-term assignments.
  • Take over administrative tasks for the department.
  • Support our legal teams e.g. proceeding payments.
  • Develop own ideas for improvement and participate in projects.

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a 70%-100% workload is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Tourism or in similar field of study
  • German and English fluently spoken and written
  • Knowhow in MS Office tools and apps incl. Teams
