As the Project Manager of Change Management, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Support the facilitation of project reviews, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the designated Change Manager for the organization, guiding managers in introducing and driving change initiatives at both department and company-wide levels
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to ensure smooth adoption of changes
- Design communication and training plans in close cooperation with the People department to support employees during transitions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical repair or manufacturing services
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Expertise in implementing new technologies, workflows, or organizational structures in high paced industry
- Technical and processual knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically engine services
- Word, Excel and Outlook as user
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Shift work / overtime
- Manage constant time pressure
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Noise pollution
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
