The Aircraft Operations Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supports the implementation of local/regional operations business plan and worldwide handling strategy
- Monitors operational performance for LCAG products
- Develops process improvements in export/import cargo services
- Ensures subcontractor performance and requests corrective actions
- Manages warehouse installations, stock keeping, DGR compliance, and TSA/FAA regulations
- Issues communication related to imports/exports and special products
- Optimizes the means of communication between local units & key interfaces
- Leads the team and ensures employee development and safety
- Assigns tasks and coordinates schedules of Operations Agents in order to safely handle our aircraft in accordance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations
* Participate in other duties as assigned

The ideal Aircraft Operations Supervisor should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- University Degree or equivalent higher education diploma desirable
- 3-6 years of experience at export and import warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics management
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software
- Excellent problem solving
