Once you join our team as HR Administration Intern you will:
- Provide a general support to the HR department with primary focus of personnel administration and benefits administration;
- Get acquainted with employee employment lifecycle supporting administrative activities e.g., managing labor booklets, maintaining employee personal records etc.;
- Be involved in the time and attendance administration;
- Assist in day-to-day employee questions and needs related to that topic under the guidance of your mentor.

To be successful in the role you need:
- At least third-year-student (in the field of HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling or other relevant specialty;
- To be an accurate and well-organized person with a keen eye for the detail;
- To be customer service oriented, proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- To be willing to develop further your analytical and problem-solving skills;
- To have very good English and MS Excel skills;
- To enjoy working in a fast paced, team focused and friendly environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development.
