While you conduct audits, you will evaluate policies, processes and procedures for compliance with requirements and thus support our efforts to maintain and evolve the high safety level at SWISS.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance within Flight Operations/Crew Training & Dispatch as a key topic
- Conducting audits within the mentioned areas internally and at external providers
- Audit follow-up and performing root cause analysis and identification of trends
- Ensuring that corrective and preventive measures are carried out and implemented effectively
- Analyzing changes in aviation law and industry standards and supporting line units in implementing these
- Supporting Lufthansa Group in assessing partner airlines

We are looking for an open-minded and positive person with structured and self organized working methods and profound knowledge of an airline's AOC structure, combined with a trustworthy nature and interest for cross-disciplinary topics.
- Profound working experience in airline operations and/or compliance monitoring
- Familiar with typical documents/manuals that are part of the operation of an airline
- Knowledge of EASA regulations and IOSA program of advantage
- Motivated, self-starting team player
- Integrity, a keen sense of responsibility and a trustworthy nature
- A cooperative and consensus-minded approach but determined appearance when needed
- Analytical skills combined with a flair for IT tools
