Our ‘Offer Pricing’ teams focus on maximizing the Lufthansa Group’s passenger revenue by developing & implementing pricing and steering strategies which are based on customer insights and the wider competitive landscape. We're looking for an intern who can assist us with the following:
- Perform market and customer buying behaviour analyses, derive insights and present key findings/recommendations for strategic action
- Conduct benchmarks of relevant market players to ensure optimal positioning of price offer
- Monitor and assess the possible impact of planned pricing activities and coordinate success controls
- Initiate filing of price offers and ensure accuracy within the systems and platforms
- Assist in the coordination and collaboration between Offer Pricing and various cross-functional teams (Online Sales, Marketing etc)
- Support the Offer Pricing teams with ad-hoc organisational and administrative based tasks

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
- Interest in working within an analytical, number & data driven context
- Excellent presentation skills; you should enjoy compiling and summarizing key findings of analyses
- A can-do and proactive mindset with sense of initiative, curious with desire to learn
- Self-motivated with ability to think and work independently on assigned tasks
- Focused and structured: you like to get things done in an efficient manner
- Team-player with strong social skills who appreciates open communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), other statistical software for analysis of data is an added bonus
- English language skills (written & spoken)
