As the Stream Lead MES Quality Readiness, you will perform the following duties:
- Lead, motivate and instruct employees and carry out individual personnel measures in coordination with the people department
- Plan and establish authority approvals, e.g. TCCA and EASA, for the repair station and test cell in time. Be the focal point for customers, authorities and LHT Management for local quality topics/enquiries
- Develop and set up the Audit Process and Audit Team for quality control
- Develop and implement staff training concepts in cooperation with local technical schools. Such concepts may include but not be limited to: (re)training programs, apprenticeship programs (incl. accredited programs), scholarship programs
- Represent local needs in further development of centralized processes

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- University degree with a focus on business administration, economics, international business, or logistics required
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in international business environment, customer service, quality and/or training environment required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the aviation industry
- Experience in leading contract negotiation is an advantage
- Business fluent of English language required
- Knowledge of TCCA and EASA regulations and requirements
- Knowledge of logistics
- Computer skills as user (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
- Responsible for budget and costs
- Willingness to work in Germany and abroad
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
