- Analyze, harmonize, and enhance business processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, user-friendliness, and cross-department alignment.
- Research and implement data-driven improvements in business intelligence (BI) and digitalization. Evaluate digitalization’s impact on LCS processes.
- Identify and implement BI opportunities, aligning with stakeholders. Provide 1st-level BI support and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain and optimize KPI reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Support IT solution development, system enhancements, and LTLS digitalization initiatives.
- Manage system applications, user access, and reporting configurations to meet operational needs.
- Lead and stabilize projects, prepare documentation, and coordinate stakeholders.

- University degree in economics, business management, engineering and/or IT
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in an international environment, courteous manner and social skills
- Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
- Excellent command of the English language, German as an advantage
- Proficiency in business analyses, data management, interpretation, and visualization
- Preferably excellent knowledge of BI tools, SQL and Excel
- Good knowledge of logistics and freight transportation
- High degree of problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to challenges
- Reliable and service oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours
