You are responsible for the technical support and administration of systems and platforms in the area of PKI and LUPASS (Lufthansa Group Access Control) and take on tasks in IT Service Management Operations, such as incident or problem management.
Further tasks include:
- Technical support and troubleshooting of the PKI and LUPASS systems
- Assistance with SecureMail support
- Error analysis with system tools at operating system level (Linux, Windows)
- Cooperation with internal and external providers
- Creation and optimization of operating procedures and server structures
- Participation and/or support in audits
- Creating and rolling out certificates on target systems and team mailboxes
- Coordination of service and operational level agreements
- Expansion, optimization and maintenance of the technical operating environment
- Installing applications as well as onboarding and integrating new target systems
- Collaboration in the creation of functional and/or technical concepts, including operating procedures and server structures
- Creation of operating and process documents

You have a relevant degree or completed apprenticeship (cyber security or cryptography) and relevant professional experience. You are characterized by communication skills, assertiveness, customer and service orientation and meet the following requirements:
- Experience and good knowledge of application operating and application support as well as user support
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Operational knowledge in the area of PKI (email encryption, signature certificates and TLS/SSL certificates)
- Practical experience in incident management (ideally with ServiceNow)
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Ability for interdisciplinary cooperation
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers worldwide
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL, MSSQL
- Knowledge of basic electrical engineering systems
