Reporting to the Managing Directors, this role requires extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and MRO operations, along with a strong innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead high-level contract negotiations with MRO service providers, aligning with company goals and financial targets
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee repair processes, ensuring cost-effective outsourcing and efficient material flow
- Ensure the seamless operational execution of customer contracts, from quoting to delivery
- Manage the implementation and performance of contracts, focusing on achieving KPIs
- Manage budgets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the Managing Directors and collaborating with senior management colleagues to drive financial and operational improvements
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to align with corporate strategy and drive business success

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in the aviation MRO industry, with senior management leadership experience
- Proven leadership background in Airline MRO or an MRO organization is a must
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management, negotiation, and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in ERP systems and relevant procurement tools
- Deep understanding of aviation industry regulations and compliance standards
- Willingness to travel
