Please note that the Global Payment Team works in a 3-shift system: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Executing payment runs for the assigned group companies and region to the scheduled payment run for each company code
- Handling urgent and critical payment requests
- Conducting daily parameter proposals and sending them to VM and BN for verification
- Ensuring funding for all payments
- Processing fund transfer requests made by authorized requesters from group companies
- Adjusting payments as requested by authorized parties
- Generating forecasted payments in automatic payment runs
- Contacting banks for critical payments, refunds, and system issues
- Performing ICS checks as a core part of the payment run
- Supporting payment approvals from BN or other centers
- Managing communication with customers and customers’ business partners
- *Providing second language support (Spanish and/or Portuguese) by directly contacting customers and independently handling incoming and outgoing verbal and written communication
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- Any professional experience in corporate environment will be an asset for Junior Accountant position / 1 year of experience in FI processes (SSC or BPO environment) for Accountant position
- Good command of English – min B1 or higher
- *Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills will be a huge asset
- Good command of all Windows applications
