The position “Program Management Joint Ventures & Alliances” focuses on developing holistic solutions for Cargo Joint Ventures and Alliances ensuring commercial impact and joint benefits.
- Liaison management for joint venture partners and concerting commercial activities with business units
- Develop holistic business solutions for joint ventures & alliances, and adapt those jointly with business units to market & customer needs and fit to process landscape
- Lead, coordinate and ensure execution of strategic, complex initiatives within SWC, Lufthansa Cargo, joint venture partners, and providers, and ensure post-launch transition into line organization
- Ensure high quality from operations, drive continuous improvement and impact, and translate requirements into manuals & service level agreements jointly with line organization
- Support stations with process changes, handling supplier changes
- Provide training unit with training documentation, support training delivery

- Degree in engineering / industrial engineering or business administration or comparable higher education
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the field of either airline / air cargo / logistics commercials or operations
- Skillful communication & consulting across all levels as well as professional negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complexity with solution & result orientation under time pressure
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Process modelling or process description experience is an advantage
- Fluent communication/writing skills in English, German is an advantage
- Includes duty travel to SWISS and Lufthansa Group and/or joint venture partner bases
