- Leading and managing procurement application and analytics projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities for process and system improvements
- Developing and presenting business cases for application enhancements, including impact and ROI analysis
- Optimizing and enhancing procurement analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals
- Standardizing and improving procurement application processes to increase efficiency and usability
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and data governance requirements
- Facilitating change management and supporting teams in adopting new systems and processes
- Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology or similar
- Extensive process and project management skills
- Experience in managing IT-applications, interfaces, and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Requisition to Procure process
- Understanding of Source to Contract process
- Experience in eProcurement (e-Tendering, e-Invoicing)
- Experience in project management
- Experience in providing instructions and trainings to employees
- Experience in leading team will be an asset
- Practical knowledge of SAP CO, FI
- Very good command of MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access), SQL
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) – min C1
- German language skills (written and spoken) will be an asset
