Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Contributing to the regional/local marketing plans of Northern Europe, developing and implementing activities to support both global and local sales and marketing strategies
  • Planning and executing events, initiatives, and local communications with markets across Northern Europe to support B2B/B2C target groups, including social media, travel partner websites, corporate platforms, newsletters, and trade media
  • Using data to set KPIs and evaluate marketing campaigns for continuous improvement
  • Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for regional/local marketing actions
  • Managing and reporting local marketing budgets, including invoicing and payments
  • Coordinating and creating content related to product developments, local partnerships, corporate responsibility, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partnerships that benefit Lufthansa Group airlines

The ideal Marketing Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • High school certificate / A-level / Abitur or equivalent
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Knowledge of the travel or airline industry in Sweden (desirable)
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Must be available to start on 1st June
  • Strong team player with high initiative
  • Comfortable in dynamic, international environments
  • Ability to manage a wide range of tasks
  • High commitment, independence, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
