- Handle customer requests by providing information, solutions, and alternatives within agreed time limits
- Monitor and follow up on inquiries until resolution is ensured
- Research and provide supply chain-related details such as tracking, material data, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparts to resolve logistics, warehouse, and customs issues
- Escalate critical cases when necessary
- Work with LTLS digital platforms, including SAP, linX, and t/track
- Maintain a strong understanding of LTLS operations and customer needs
- Support process optimization and share best practices
- Build strong relationships through open communication
- Generate reports as needed

- A university degree in Economics, Logistics, or relevant job experience
- Proven background in customer service with a deep understanding of the
international logistics market - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
- Politeness, adaptability to a multi-cultural environment, and a commitment to team
results - Ability to handle professional pressure
