We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Performance Specialist (m/f/d) to support and enhance our commercial operations
In this role, you will drive process improvements, optimize cross-functional workflows, support data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, productivity, and business performance. Working with cross-functional teams within the Commercial Directorate, also with interface departments and third-party partners, to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and monitor impact.

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements that align with business objectives and enhance commercial performance. Also support internal teams by sharing process best practices and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and systems.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to assess key performance indicators (KPIs), measure process effectiveness, and drive informed decision-making.
- Strategic Projects & Initiatives: Lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance business processes, working closely with leadership to align on priorities and execution plans.
- Change Management & Best Practices: Promote process standardization and best practices across commercial functions while ensuring flexibility for evolving business needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track the success of implemented process improvements and continuously refine approaches based on data-driven insights.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to implementation.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English
- A passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and driving operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or performance management (airline or travel industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in working on cross-functional projects and driving stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt certification preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Experience in process automation tools, data visualization, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
