Your main tasks include, among others:
- Process storage and pulling of a variety of said material
- Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
- Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues, including purchasing staff
- Physical handling of material
- Coordinating/Scheduling trucks
- Oversee inbound/outbound processes for engines
- Operate equipment as directed
- Input data in EDP system in keeping with procedures
- Work with and support customer requirements
- Perform record-keeping, filing, and tracking of inventory as needed
- Process documentation according to instructions and procedures
- Recognize significance of required airworthiness certificates for aircraft material and properly applying associated regulatory requirements
- Drive company vehicles for delivery/pickups on and around the airport

The ideal Aviation Store Specialist-LTES Lead must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree, vocational training, or bachelor’s degree desirable
- Experience in aviation logistics in handling aviation material desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- Training: DGR certified or the ability to become certified desirable
- Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook as user
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work shifts, holidays, and/or weekend as necessary
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to lift 70lbs
- Must be able to obtain authorization to access Airport Security Areas if needed
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
