Your main tasks include, among others:
- Independently manage and supervise development within the project streams in a time and cost efficient manner, support change ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
- Design business and/or supply chain processes
- Develop and implement measures to optimize business and/or supply chain processes
- Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
- Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
- Managing risks: Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the responsible project stream is delivered on time
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

The ideal Project Stream Manager MES Logistic and Supply Chain Readiness must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, , engineering or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, particularly with Supply Chain Management background desirable
- 1-3 years of professional experience in international business environment, engineering or construction projects
- Business fluent in English language required
- Technical knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically Engine services desirable
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and best practices
- PMP or similar certification is desirable
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
