  • Represent Swiss International Air Lines, welcoming and assisting premium guests while ensuring top service and product quality.
  • Engage with guests, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with operational partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as a role model for lounge staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee service levels, ensuring compliance with SLAs on customer service, food & beverage, cleanliness, and infrastructure.
  • Lead weekly operations meetings with service partners to review incidents and define improvements.
  • Implement new procedures, processes, and product enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions for our service partners
  • Conduct quality audits, report findings, and initiate corrective actions

  • Degree in hospitality management or related field, with at least two years of experience in the airline, hospitality, travel, or event management industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and partners
  • Exceptional customer focus, professionalism, and reliability
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities, acting as a role model for staff and partners
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel
  • Professional appearance and strong etiquette, representing SWISS confidently
  • Fluent in German and English, with basic knowledge of French
  • Proficient in MS Office
