- Executing standard HR processes from the area of team responsibility
- Settlement of duty travel costs and other employee expenses for German employees
- Providing support for employees (mainly via e-mail, telephone few times/week), answering questions related to flying reimbursements
- Various accounting activities (incl. year-end closing)
- Working with SAP, and other tools/applications in HR area, taking necessary actions to prevent possible errors
- Using actively internal procedures, involvement in process changes, improvement projects etc.
- Maintenance of high service standards and result delivery according to SLAs, preparing reports
- Conducting error analyses of own mistakes, reporting them and proposing solutions in order to eliminate issues from daily operational work
- Updating relevant internal documents and files as assigned by Team Leader
- Knowing and following confidential data protection rules
- Maintaining standards of professional communication
- Assisting in trainings New Hires according to onboarding plan

- Experience with SAP will be an asset
- Good command of MS Excel will be an asset
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration will be an asset
