- Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision, strategy and marketing
- Manage product cost, revenue, quality, profitability and roadmap
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and exeute actions for improvement
- Collaborate with operational tracking teams globally to ensure continuous product development and production
- Continuously improve tracking processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
- Drive digitization, automation and innovation
- Work closely with IT, project management and other stakeholders
- Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders
- Shape an efficient, high-performing tracking organization together with relevant Stakeholders

- Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
- Freight forwarding and procuct management expertise
- Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
- Proven ability to data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
- Business Travel required
