  • Ensure continuous flow of spare parts availability
  • Trigger and follow-up on repair orders
  • Analysis of stock and daily performance monitoring
  • Manage loan closures with suppliers and repair quotes
  • Monitor and ensure contracted costs and performance are met
  • Process improvement
  • Build strong relationships with our suppliers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain and Logistics; an aviation background is a plus
  • Fluency in English and either German or French
  • Strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
  • Motivated by a positive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on, can-do attitude
