- Ensure optimal performance of core M&E software (CAMO & Part 145) as the main user contact.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement updates, manage integrations, and support data corrections.
- Lead user acceptance testing, assess new features, and align improvements with business needs.
- Optimize processes, support digitization, and contribute to application development.
- Maintain reports, monitor system performance, and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT on hardware and mobile device support for M&E operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT administration, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or application management.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of M&E processes or a strong interest in the sector.
- At least 2 years of experience with AMOS or similar systems, preferably as an administrator or key user.
- Experience working with databases and strong SQL skills.
- Quick adaptability to complex IT systems and landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills; ambitious, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Proficient in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
