  • Ensure optimal performance of core M&E software (CAMO & Part 145) as the main user contact.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement updates, manage integrations, and support data corrections.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, assess new features, and align improvements with business needs.
  • Optimize processes, support digitization, and contribute to application development.
  • Maintain reports, monitor system performance, and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT on hardware and mobile device support for M&E operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT administration, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or application management.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of M&E processes or a strong interest in the sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience with AMOS or similar systems, preferably as an administrator or key user.
  • Experience working with databases and strong SQL skills.
  • Quick adaptability to complex IT systems and landscapes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills; ambitious, eager to learn, and adaptable.
  • Proficient in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
