As the Project Stream Manager Business Readiness, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Independently manage and supervise development within the project streams in a time and cost efficient manner, support change ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
- Develop and implement measures to optimize business and/or production processes
- Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
- Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the responsible project stream is delivered on time
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to align project goals

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects desirable
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in international business environment desirable
- Business fluent in English language required
- Technical knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically Engine services
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and best practices
- PMP or similar certification is desirable
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Very good disposition and planning skills
- High ability to deal with conflict
- High organizational skill
- Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
- Must posess a legal work permit in Canada
