Business Development & Account Management

  • Establish, execute & follow-up annual sales objectives
  • Identify revenue/cost opportunities in cooperation with the GM Central Africa 
  • Negotiate & finalize commercial contracts in Douala and Yaoundé

Steering & Monitoring

  • Closely monitor & analyse revenue performance 
  • Coordinate LHG & JV partner topics 
  • Steer sales promotion & customer service activities 

Representation & Information

  • You are the legal representative of Brussels Airlines (PoA) and you will represent the LHG within Cameroon
  • Ensure internal flow of information and cooperation 

People Management

  • Select, lead, guide and motivate our great teams in Douala and Yaoundé 

Process Orientation

  • Accountable for process execution within your tasks of responsibility
  • You are in charge of both Douala and Yaoundé.

 

  • Bachelor/Master degree with at least 8 years of commercial experience.
  • Extensive experience in sales is a must; knowledge of HR, legal and finance within an African context are a plus.
  • Experience / capacity to manage and inspire your team.
  • Airline / travel trade know-how are a nice to have.
  • Leadership / analytical skills / negotiation skills / communication skills / creativity / result orientation.
  • Language skills: English and French fluent (written and spoken) is a must.
