The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships through planning, execution, and follow-up of activities
  • Lead strategic sales projects and interdisciplinary teams
  • Identify customer potential and develop tailored strategies
  • Acquire new customers while retaining and developing existing ones
  • Analyze customer needs to shape offer and negotiation strategies
  • Prepare and present proposals, draft contracts, and acquisition documents
  • Conduct contract negotiations and lead the negotiation team
  • Monitor market trends, customers, and competitors, providing insights
  • Participate in marketing events, fairs, and conferences
  • Represent the Sales Director and manage sales representation abroad

The ideal Corporate Sales Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience at a customer interface
  • Strong knowledge of the airline MRO industry, regional markets
  • Established network with airlines in Australia is a plus
  • Experience managing large customer accounts and their processes
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to guide, coordinate, and motivate employees
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive for professional growth
  • Strong character to develop and expand business relationships
  • Fluent in English; German or an Asian language is a plus
  • Able to travel regularly within Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific and to German
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Australia
