The Quality Specialist in Training Coordination and Authorization oversees employee training programs and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with managers to identify training needs and creating development plans for teams and individuals.
Responsibilities and Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate, schedule and perform orientation and recurrent trainings
- Support at required spot training from audit findings or learnings from Group Companies
- Coordinate offsite trainings with local training providers
- Maintain Company Authorization and Stamp roster
- Conduct of job-related trainings
- Support at issuing of Training and/or Authorization related Management review reports
- Assist and support Company Employees in terms of compliance with regards to Aviation authorization
- Continuous promotion of open communication, just culture and quality awareness in the Company
- Taking over duties and responsibilities by order of the direct Supervisor / Subdepartment Manager/Department Director

We are seeking a qualified Quality Specialist in Training Coordination and Authorization to manage training programs within our organization. The role requires a background in quality assurance,training development, along with 1-3 years of experience as a qualified engineer or certified technician.
- Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
- Knowledge of min EASA aviation specific laws and directives
- Willingness to learn about non EASA aviation specific laws and directives
- Very good disposition and planning skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality
- Develop, implement and maintain training materials
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to balance between customer needs and Company capability
