Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer portfolios to guide account management activities
  • Planning and optimizing visits/calls based on performance insights and trends
  • Preparing sales visit kits with analysis and key talking points for Account Managers
  • Contributing to action plans and executing sales strategies
  • Identifying sales opportunities and tracking competitive activity
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with regional Sales Steering and Revenue Management
  • Maintaining data accuracy in sales tools and updating CRM profiles
  • Forwarding sales leads to New Business & SME Management
  • Analyzing performance for contract planning and execution
  • Preparing contract and incentive proposals in collaboration with Account Management
  • Evaluating incentive contract ROI to drive improvements
  • Taking on additional duties as needed

The perfect candidate for the Account Steering Expert role should fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school certificate (A level/Abitur) required; Bachelor's/Master's degree desirable
  • Training in Revenue Management Academy is a plus
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and RM coordination
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills required
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, Tableau, Cheetah, OneRes (GDSs), Excel, Corona
  • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assertiveness skills
  • Structured, systematic approach with a focus on processes
