- Execute and oversee operational and back-office tasks related to the Aircraft Production Inspection Program (APIP) and Local Sales office
- Support management in maintaining accurate planning, revenue accounting and controlling processes across all APIP departments
- Coordinate and allocate staff resources to fulfill the contractual APIP obligations in de-central Airbus locations incl. staff duty travel arrangements
- Prepare and provide status reports for management reviews
- Conduct analyses, maintain documentation, and oversee and review airframe OEM access rights for the department. Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and oversee their proper implementation
- Collect and analyze data on OEM’s cost of non-quality
- Forecast future workload across global sites to support resource planning
- Promote open communication, a just culture, and quality awareness within the company
- Utilize internal and external IT tools, incl. AirbusWorld, MyBoeingFleet, SAP, ProX, MS Office, and browser-based applications, for relevant tasks

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration or planning function
- Distinct knowledge of the aviation industry and its procedures related to the production of aircraft, as well as experience with quality investigation methods
- High attention to detail and ability to work thoroughly and accurately
- University degree with a focus on either IT, business administration or quality or industrial management
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for process management, data analysis, and documentation
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to structure, schedule, and plan complex work processes
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Proactive mindset with creativity, customer centricity and a continuous improvement approach
