In this role, you will experience an exciting and broad internship, develop your strategic and practical skills, and take on responsibility with high impact from day one. We work together closely as a team, and your ideas will be valued from the start.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Participation in current HR projects like Learning & Development or Diversity & Inclusion as well as responsibility for sub-projects, from concept creation to implementation.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, managing and hosting employer marketing events like the national Future Day or events for students.
- Analysis and further development of existing HR offerings like our Intro Day and formats to connect our employees.
- Collaboration with various internal interfaces within SWISS and the Lufthansa Group.
- Analysis of employee data in Excel & visualization in PowerPoint.

- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Open mindset and enjoyment in collaborating with different interfaces
- Comfortable dealing with data
- Creativity, a curious mindset, and no fear of uncharted territory
- A high degree of independence and initiative
- Practical experience in designing, managing and organizing events is an advantage
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
