Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support external communication and branding in the Americas
- Develop and implement marketing activities to boost awareness and customer retention
- Enhance professional visibility in media to drive lead generation
- Execute strategies for brand awareness and market growth
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, and campaigns
- Align marketing and PR with global and U.S. business goals
- Create and manage sales collateral and social media content
- Ensure brand consistency per corporate design guidelines
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities
- Monitor market trends and improve marketing processes
- Build relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Marketing experience in B2B
- Fluency English required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in agency management, trade fair & event planning and online marketing
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Strong presentation skills)
- Outstanding customer/service orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent initiative, independence, decision-making ability, creativity, strong communication skills, flexibility, team player and organizational talent
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
