Stafftravel & Interline designs ID travel policies for SWISS staff for discounted flight tickets on SWISS and other airlines in close coordination with the HR department. You will be part of our daily customer servicing as well as of selected special duties and projects.

As part of the Stafftravel team, you will support and advise our internal clientele on all aspects of their ID travel, and you will be part or in charge of assigned specialist tasks.
- Assist travelers with ID bookings, provide online sales support and handle manual reservations (on-the-job-training included!)
- Be the go-to expert for ID travel queries via phone and email, ensuring smooth journeys
- Contribute to admin and documentation tasks while shaping tool improvements based on your expertise (depending on degree and knowledge)
- Dive into financial reporting & statistics, enhancing tools with your analytical skills
- Join dynamic working groups or lead special projects, making a real impact (depending on degree and knowledge)

We are looking for a motivated hands-on person with a high willingness to support a business unit in the practice of daily business, with eagerness to learn and to bring in own expertise from University/HF.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Eagerness to learn on-the-job, rapid understanding
- IT affinity, mainly with airline booking systems and online booking systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office. Every further IT systems user knowledge is of advantage
- German and English spoken and written
- High customer orientation
- Ability to develop an independent working style blended with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
