Your tasks as Customer Service Support MRO may include, among others:
- Handle all process related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners
- Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer‘s approval
- Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap
- Work independently on loans, sales and 1:1 exchanges also originating other than the LHT Pool
- Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur
- Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing
- Monitor customer orders, adhering to contracted rates and services
- Initiate, coordinate and track shipments in cooperation with LTL
- Process documentation according to instruction and procedures

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in MRO Customer Service required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and Spanish language desirable
- Knowledge in MRO Customer Service desirable
- SAP skills desirable
- CSS Training or equivalent OJT desirable
- MS Office skills as user
- Excellent detail oriented
