The Head of Production Management (PM) is responsible for the production of the aircraft maintenance according EASA Part 145, conducted by his whole team.
- Responsible for the on-time readiness of perfectly maintained aircraft in close cooperation with S/TM departments
- Lead your shift of designated leads and aircraft engineers to achieve the assigned tasks in the day and/or night shift within either Check, Hangar or Line Maintenance organisation
- Ensure work is performed according SWISS and FOCA/EASA processes and that commercial pressure does not override responsibilities
- Responsible for proper planning of staff holidays, overtime and absences in favour of the team and guidelines of the maintenance. Foster the talents in the team
- Technical and administrative activities as well as conducting internal inspections.

- Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) with different SWISS types
- Proven experience in leading teams, with a strong ability to inspire
- Good knowledge of the EASA Part M, Part-145 and Part-66 regulations
- Skilled at handling complex priorities with agility and conviction
- Very well knowledge of SWISS internal processes and regulations
- Analytical abilities and result driven approach to solve challenges arising during daily business
- Good written and spoken communication and social skills within groups of different nationalities
