- Coordinate with regional/local HR roles and Shared Service Centers for payroll and administrative HR tasks
- Drive standardization and support migration/optimization of payroll and HR processes (e.g. eForms)
- Manage formalities (contracts, registration, insurances, work permits, HR IT system updates)
- Process salaries, salary changes, bonus payments; collaborate with payroll providers, produce salary letters
- Ensure data accuracy with internal/external databases, reflecting LH Group guidelines and local laws
- Respond to regional team mailbox inquiries and produce statistics for internal/external use
- Handle labor relations/compensation & benefits tasks if applicable
- Perform other HR tasks (e.g. Health and safety, Visa, expat handling)
- High school certificate, A level/Abitur or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
- Vocational training is a plus
- 1-3 years of Payroll and HR experience, ideally with an international background
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP
- Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, analytical, and business-minded
- Strong problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and manage change
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel
