  • Coordinate with regional/local HR roles and Shared Service Centers for payroll and administrative HR tasks
  • Drive standardization and support migration/optimization of payroll and HR processes (e.g. eForms)
  • Manage formalities (contracts, registration, insurances, work permits, HR IT system updates)
  • Process salaries, salary changes, bonus payments; collaborate with payroll providers, produce salary letters
  • Ensure data accuracy with internal/external databases, reflecting LH Group guidelines and local laws
  • Respond to regional team mailbox inquiries and produce statistics for internal/external use
  • Handle labor relations/compensation & benefits tasks if applicable
  • Perform other HR tasks (e.g. Health and safety, Visa, expat handling)

  • High school certificate, A level/Abitur or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
  • Vocational training is a plus
  • 1-3 years of Payroll and HR experience, ideally with an international background
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP
  • Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, analytical, and business-minded
  • Strong problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and manage change
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel
