The Manager, Sales & Client Management Australia & Pacific is responsible for:

  • Plan, implement, monitor and assume responsibility for all necessary measures that secure the economic success of all Lufthansa Systems business arrangements in the assigned area
  • Be involved in strategic sales and account planning 
  • Works closely with and senior leadership team and global stakeholders when appropriate to win customers
  • Understand market trends and identify new business potential for Lufthansa Systems
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with customers
  • Develop existing accounts into key accounts and generate new business
  • Measure level of satisfaction with Lufthansa Systems current services and products
  • Manage directly on the targeting, sale, negotiation and contracting processes
  • Maintain and make updates on Microsoft Dynamic CRM tool

The Manager, Sales & Client Management Australia & Pacific is responsible for:

  • A relevant degree in civil aviation, business administration, computer science, or a related field
  • A proven sales or Project/service track record within Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific
  • Strong sales / business development and account management skills
  • Ability to quickly acquire a working knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services, particularly related to the aviation and IT business
  • Entrepreneurial / commercial mind-set using innovative and creative approaches to optimize solutions
  • High level of self-motivation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel throughout the Asia Pacific Region and Europe
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
  • Hybrid Workplace Mode
