Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Scan and file documents in the data/scheduling management system
  • Ensure Flight Instructor and Student training folders are up to date
  • Gather and file class documents
  • Organize invoices and receipts
  • Document minutes of conferences and meetings
  • Coordinate Introduction schedules for incoming courses
  • Provide documentation to clients and authorities as needed
  • Issue Knowledge Base communications
  • Order Operational supplies and manage online accounts
  • Distribute training materials and Flight Operations resources (if needed)
  • Perform customer and student services as assigned
  • Assist with student apartment/dormitory move-in/out
  • Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication and data tracking

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • College degree/vocational training desirable
  • 2 to 3 years asset planning experience required
  • Must be able to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to efficiently apply collaborative techniques
  • Fluency in English required
  • Previous aviation experience working in a team environment is desired
  • Proficient in Windows applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent adaptability
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Excellent professionalism
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to shift work / overtime
