Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Travel arrangements for Director and staff of MIA T/CA
  • BTM and expense reporting
  • Customer event planning and coordination of internal meetings
  • Office management, including ordering of office supplies
  • Visitor screening
  • Local admin support for all managers and staff

 

* All other duties as assigned by management

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • College degree/vocational training desirable
  • At least 1 year of office experience or equivalent desirable
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable
  • MS Office as user
  • Excellent cost consciousness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
