Key duties include monitoring contracts, setting targets, initiating amendments, renegotiations, driving profitability, resolving disputes, handling escalations, analyzing KPIs, organizing meetings, and recommending improvements for profitability and teamwork

Contract Management:
- Manage Customer MRO contracts and serve as primary contact for inquiries
- Recalculate long-term MRO contracts and set performance targets
- Initiate changes, lead negotiations
- Resolve disputes
Commercial Management:
- Make commercial decisions
- Create business quotes and focus on upselling
- Influence and sell MRO solutions to drive profitability
- Approve invoices and ensure revenue targets are met
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Serve as a Customer Ambassador to maintain high satisfaction levels
Performance Reporting:
- Analyze contractual KPIs and review performance measures
- Organize performance reports and meetings
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations
Profitability and Continuous Improvement:
- Increase contract profitability and meet financial targets
- Continuously improve the Landing Gear MRO product
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and support team members
- Foster a collaborative team environment

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
- Experience in MRO account management, preferably in aerospace or aviation Knowledge of MRO contracts, financial performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Informed commercial decision-making within limits
- Proficient in performance report analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer relationship management and continuous improvement
- Multi-tasking, consultative selling, and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Customer-centric, adaptable, and collaborative team player
- Corporate/commercial awareness for face-to-face interactions
- Competent under pressure, meeting deadlines, and problem-solving
- Flexible and culturally aware with innovative management skills
