Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Perform and certify maintenance work per EASA regulations, ensuring compliance with technical documentation and Iqmove updates
  • Supervise maintenance staff and manage operations to maintain EASA standards
  • Deputize for the Technical Manager during the shift, addressing immediate decisions as required
  • Oversee technical and operational aspects, coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and coach team members while managing budgets in collaboration with regional management
  • Handle additional tasks as delegated by the Technical Manager

  • A-level education with several years of work experience
  • EASA PART 66 Type Training Level 3 - Line & Base Maintenance B1.1 or B2- Theoretical and practical element
  • Successfully passed EASA Part 145 Assessment
  • Successfully passed "EASA Part 66 CAT B*2- / EASA Part 145 MCT examination “
  • Fluency in English; German knowledge is desirable
  • Strong IT and business management skills
  • Systematic, self-motivated, and able to work under physical and mental stress
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and personnel management skills
  • High responsibility, social competence, and accounting fundamentals
  • Valid driving license and passport
  • Psychological aptitude test may be required
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
