Duties include but not limited to:

  • Perform and certify maintenance tasks with an EASA Cat A license
  • Ensure compliance with technical documentation, IQmove, and EASA standards
  • Supervise MM1-int and MM-int qualified mechanics
  • Manage operations and execute maintenance tasks as assigned by higher-qualified personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and update the technical library as required
  • Carry out operational and administrative duties supporting aircraft maintenance
  • Ensure all work is recorded in the Practical Logbook and adheres to authorizations in staff records

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • A-level education and several years of relevant work experience
  • Completed training as a technical worker in aviation or related fields; equivalent qualifications accepted for overseas stations
  • EASA Part-66 AML A Category with Turbine-Engines (A1) and EASA Part 145 Assessment
  • Fluent English; knowledge of German desirable
  • Structured, self-driven, and capable of working under physical and mental stress
  • Strong communication, instructional, and motivational skills
  • High responsibility, social competence, and ability to enforce instructions
  • Valid driving license and passport
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Psychological aptitude test may be required
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
