Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform maintenance with required Type Rating per ATA Spec. 104 Level 3
  • Ensure tasks align with technical documentation, Iqmove, and EASA regulations
  • Supervise MM1-int and MCM Cat A qualified mechanics
  • Provide continuation training to supervised colleagues
  • Manage maintenance operations to meet EASA standards
  • Oversee technical and operational aspects, coordinating with internal/external parties and crews
  • Handle technical operations and coordinate flights to ensure safety, punctuality, and customer service
  • Guide and instruct subordinate employees, including induction and training

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • A-level education and relevant work experience
  • Completed aviation technical training or related profession with credits for authorization
  • Aeronautical training, college, degree, or equivalent for overseas stations
  • EASA PART 66 Type Training Level 3 (B1.1 or B2) and EASA Part 145 Assessment
  • Fluent in English; German knowledge desirable
  • Suitability for shift work, ability to take physical and mental stress
  • Strong communication, assertiveness, and instructional skills
  • High responsibility, social competence, and motivation skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Psychological aptitude test may be required 
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
