As a Data Analyst you will shift the boundaries of SWISS’ data capabilities and take a pivotal role in advising SWISS’ senior management. Join us and bring data-driven decision-making to the next level!
- Leverage data to uncover insights and opportunities for our SWISS’ Operations Planning & Steering team and beyond
- Create data visualizations, reporting and interactive dashboards, prepare business cases and scenario calculations
- Create insightful analysis to help quantifying key drivers to optimize SWISS’ operational performance
- Continuously develop and enhance operational data landscape to improve data quality & support automation
- Recommend and implement best practices for data & advanced analytics (esp. predictive analytics)
- Work closely with Operations Planning & Steering departments and effectively communicate data insights to appropriate stakeholders
- Promote an innovative data culture across our company

- Degree in an analytical subject, e.g. data science, engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent SQL coding skills, good command of at least one programming language (R or Python preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities: Excellent data manipulation, data analysis and data interpretation skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, esp.Excel & PPT
- Data science and/or data engineering experience is a big advantage
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills; must be competent at writing and illustrating analyses and presentations
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
- Team-player with strong communication and social skills
