- Receiving accounting documents and processing data/vouchers per procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and country-specific instructions
- Checking/obtaining necessary authorizations per procedures
- Initiating creation/changes of vendor master data in accounting system
- Receiving accounting documents and processing data and vouchers according to procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost structures, and country-specific instructions
- Managing communication with customers and partners, providing necessary reports and analysis
- Supervising and reconciling accounts, clarifying open items
- Initiating creation/changes of vendor master data in accounting system
- Monitoring discrepancies between expected costs and invoices, initiating corrections
- Tracking statuses of open cases
- Providing information to finance teams/management
- Estimating and settling accruals/provisions
- Ensuring timely, accurate data processing within service level standards
- Performing tasks as per monthly/yearly objectives
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- 1 year of experience in FI processes (SSC or BPO environment) for Accountant position
- Any professional experience in corporate environment will be an asset for Junior Accountant position
- Good command of English β min. B1
- Good command of all Windows applications
- Proficiency in German is a plus
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
